The primary duties involve assisting dentists during clinical procedures, preparing and cleaning treatment rooms, and managing patient records and information updates. Assistants will also be responsible for sterilizing tools, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting front-desk operations like check-in and scheduling.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED, along with strong communication and teamwork skills, demonstrating reliability and a strong willingness to learn. A background check and a valid driver’s license are also mandatory for employment.
