The LPN will play a direct role in patient care by administering medication under physician direction and ensuring adherence to established treatment plans within a therapeutic environment. Responsibilities also include performing medical tasks like blood draws, interpreting tests, and educating clients on medical matters and treatment protocols.
Candidates must possess a Licensed Practical Nurse license for the state of employment and be comfortable working independently with the patient population when necessary. A key requirement is strict compliance with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program protocols.
