The Counselor will conduct individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Responsibilities also include monitoring patient progress, developing discharge plans, and maintaining patient caseload documentation.
Minimum requirements vary by counselor tier, ranging from a High School Diploma/GED for Tier 1 to requiring a Master's degree for Tier 3, with specific certifications like CADC, LAC, LSW, LCADC, or LCSW needed for higher tiers. Experience and licensure heavily influence placement within the defined tiers.
Schedule can be: 11a-7:30pm at 5 days per week or 4 days per week 9a-7:30pm
