The LPN will directly contribute to saving client lives in an outpatient setting by promoting long-term recovery and partnering with leadership to maintain a therapeutic environment. Key duties include administering medication under physician direction, ensuring treatment plan adherence, performing blood draws, and educating clients on medical matters like methadone maintenance.
Candidates must possess current certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse and demonstrate compliance with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program protocols, for which training will be provided. Responsibilities also involve staff training in medical and safety matters.

As an LPN, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our clients each day by serving our clients in a safe outpatient environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Nursing Supervisor and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our clients.
