The Licensed Counselor will conduct substance abuse assessments using DSM and ASAM criteria, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients. Responsibilities also include providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with the treatment team.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work) and have a minimum of three years of experience in substance use treatment or mental health counseling. Licensure or certification as required by Indiana state regulations, such as LCSW, LMHC, or LCAC, is mandatory.
