The counselor provides direct life-saving services by delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions to assigned clients, while partnering with leadership to maintain a therapeutic environment. Key duties include assessing client needs, diagnosing substance abuse using DSM criteria, preparing treatment plans based on ASAM criteria, and documenting all services provided.
Candidates must possess specific clinical licenses such as CSW, LPCC, LPCA, LCSW, LMFT, LCADC, and a Master's degree is preferred. Responsibilities involve comprehensive client management, including assessment, treatment planning, documentation, coordination with external sources, and crisis intervention in adherence to federal confidentiality laws.

Pay range $65,000 - $70,000 (based on experience and license)

As a Counselor, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by providing counseling services to your assigned clients including individual, family/group therapy sessions, and promoting an environment of long-term recovery. You will partner with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
