The Resident Assistant is responsible for caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents, including assisting with activities of daily living such as wardrobe, hygiene, and mobility. Duties also involve aiding in daily tasks like housekeeping, transportation, observing and reporting changes in resident condition, and assisting in dining services.
Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, families, and associates. While a CNA certification is a plus, it is not required for this role.
