The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families by implementing a plan of care based on identified needs from assessment and physician orders. This role requires adherence to organizational values, professional practice models, and patient and family-centered care concepts.
Candidates must possess a Registered Nurse license and either a Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing, with no prior experience being required for this position. The nurse must support organizational mission and incorporate professional nursing standards and patient-centered care models.
