Key responsibilities include: Monitoring, assessing, and documenting patient conditions and responses to treatment Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders Identifying and reporting changes in condition or abnormal diagnostic data Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and care teams to implement care plans Communicating effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Supporting a safe, therapeutic, and structured care environment Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Serving as a liaison between internal teams and external healthcare providers as needed What We’re Looking For Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina (BSN preferred) Current BLS certification Minimum 1 year of RN experience (behavioral health/psychiatric experience preferred) Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment Schedule & Location Day Shift: 6AM–6PM Night Shift: 6PM–6AM Location: Simpsonville, SC (onsite role) Rotating schedule designed to support work-life balance
