You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.

Required Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program Active, unrestricted South Carolina RN license Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Preferred BSN Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, residential, or long-term care settings Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) WORK ENVIRONMENT This position is located within a 24-hour Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility serving children and adolescents with behavioral health needs. Nurses work as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on safety, treatment outcomes, and quality care. The role may require evenings, weekends, holidays, and participation in emergency response situations.
