The Resident Assistant supports residents with activities of daily living and maintains their personal environment. They are also responsible for providing observation, documentation, and assisting with the onboarding of new associates.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess BLS Certification, and be able to complete medication administration training. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently are required.
