The IOP Group Facilitator will facilitate mental health and substance abuse treatment groups and document progress notes in the electronic health record. They will implement evidence-based modalities to assist clients in their recovery and prepare group topics for the evening IOP program.
Candidates must have a master's degree and valid licenses including NJ LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW, and LCADC. Additionally, two years of substance use experience and knowledge of 12 Steps, ASAM, and NJSAMS are required.

We are currently seeking a Per Diem IOP Group Facilitator for our Mount Carmel Guild Substance Use program in Cranford, NJ.
Knowledge of 12 Steps, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of ASAM and NJSAMS. This is an in person position.
