The Care Partner provides care and assistance to residents, helping with activities of daily living while observing behavior and responding to requests. A key function is building relationships with residents to maintain their sense of self by bridging their past, present, and future lifestyles.
Candidates must have experience providing resident care, although no formal certification is required for this role. Applicants must be physically capable of frequent standing, walking, bending, grasping, and lifting up to 40 pounds frequently.
