The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families by implementing a plan of care based on identified needs and physician orders. This involves assessing the patient's physical, psychological, and socioeconomic status to guide care, treatment, and education.
Candidates must possess a Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and have either a Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing; no prior experience is required for this role. The nurse must also adhere to professional standards including the ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice and organizational models like PFCC.
