The Periodontist Associate will provide specialized periodontal care to a diverse patient base, working closely with other specialists and general dentists to deliver comprehensive oral health solutions. Key duties include diagnosing and treating gum diseases, performing necessary procedures like scaling and root planning, and collaborating on personalized treatment plans.
Candidates must possess a DMD or DDS degree from an accredited school and must be currently enrolled in or have completed a periodontics residency program. Preferred qualifications include state licensure, strong communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality, team-based patient care.
