Duties include treatment plan implementation emphasizing personal care and behavioral, physical, & psycho-social development with the goal of self-reliance of patients served. Position requires the ability to follow written and oral instructions, and good interpersonal skills.
Minimum Qualifications: Should be 18 years of age
Prior work experience providing customer service. A 2 or 4 year degree in health sciences/Psychology Prior work experience in health care setting. Valid drivers license (If yes, attached)
