The Occupational Therapist will perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care, providing skilled treatment focused on functional and measurable outcomes for adult and geriatric patients. Responsibilities also include addressing ADLs, cognition, strength, positioning, discharge planning, and supervising assistants.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold a current Occupational Therapist license or be eligible for licensure in the applicable state. Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation is preferred.
