The Certified Nursing Assistant provides and assists participants with activities of daily living, restorative, and supportive care to help them live independently in the community. This role involves monitoring and reporting health status, ensuring a safe environment, and functioning as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, potentially requiring travel to participant homes.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Colorado. A minimum of one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population is required, along with a valid driver's license and means of transportation.

Full-time| 80- hours per pay period| 8 or 10-hour shifts| 4-5 days per week| days and times will vary| occasional weekends
The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing and assisting participants with activities of daily living, restorative and supportive care necessary to the preservation of assisting participant’s in living independently in the community. Assists in monitoring and reporting the health status and providing a safe environment for the PACE participants of Senior CommUnity Care. Functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. This position may require travel to participant homes.
