The inpatient registered nurse provides skilled nursing services to patients within the Inpatient Facility as a member of the interdisciplinary team, receiving direction from the clinical supervisor. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive patient assessments upon admission and formulating a plan of care in collaboration with the patient, family, and team members.

Two (2) years' experience in acute care facility or community health agency (prefer one (1) year hospice experience). Current California RN Licensure and CPR Certification. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (i.e., Push, Pull, Lift/Carry 50 lbs.) Availability to work nights.
