The Speech Language Pathologist will provide SLP services within a skilled nursing facility, focusing on supporting patients with challenges related to speech, language, cognition, and swallowing. This involves utilizing evidence-based techniques for communication and dysphagia therapy while collaborating closely with the internal rehabilitation team.
Candidates must possess ASHA certification and a valid Tennessee SLP license to perform the duties. Desirable attributes include being flexible, reliable, team-oriented, and having prior experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and with Medicare regulations.
