As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care, administering prescribed medications and treatments, and monitoring patient vital signs. Key duties also include collaborating with the interdisciplinary team on care plans and supervising Certified Nurse Assistants.
Candidates must possess a valid state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and demonstrate a compassionate approach to patient care, particularly for the aged and chronically ill. Strong clinical skills, especially in medication administration, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
