Responsible for setting up the lab, preparing frozen sections, and staining slides for Mohs surgery. Additionally handles lab maintenance, supply inventory, and patient communication regarding biopsy results.
Summary: This is a part-time position, working 1-2 days per week.

Required: High school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience in a similar position Preferred: Knowledge of OSHA/CLIA standards, at least one year of experience performing processes to prepare tissue samples for diagnostic evaluation,
Prolonged sitting, possible bending, lifting up to 20 lbs., frequent use of medical equipment, ability to focus, exposure to lab chemicals, repetitive head, neck, hands, wrist & arm motions, good motor skills and hand/eye coordination.
Primarily lab setting, working independently, but constantly communicating with surgeons, office coordinator, and co-workers
