Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments and maintain timely, accurate documentation. Interpret diagnostic data and medical orders while providing instruction and counseling to patients and their families.
Must possess current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist. BLS certification is required either at the time of hire or within the first 90 days of employment.
