The role involves providing rewarding work by helping people grow, learn, and live well, while developing meaningful relationships with the individuals served. Responsibilities include supporting participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, as well as assisting with personal hygiene and managing complex behavioral challenges.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and ideally have six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination. A valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle are also required for this position.
