The role also involves assisting residents with nutritional needs and monitoring and reporting changes in resident behavior or condition to the Assisted Living Director.
Candidates must be a licensed STNA in Ohio to qualify for this position. A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not explicitly required.

As a Shift Team employee, you will have the ability to work as an STNA at multiple communities within the Ohio market and will have the accessibility to pick up shifts according to your availability. This position will have the flexibility to work up to 29 hours per week.
