The Chaplain is responsible for providing spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and staff in alignment with the hospital's mission, while also offering spiritual perspectives within organizational leadership discussions. They must participate collaboratively in patient care teams and adhere to all relevant healthcare laws and regulations.
Candidates must possess a Master’s Divinity degree or equivalent from an accredited seminary and have completed two units of Clinical Pastoral Education. A minimum of two years of experience in parish pastoral or chaplaincy settings is required, along with certification or the intention to seek certification by the Association of Professional Chaplains.

$26-31/hour. The posted salary range reflects compensation for candidates with limited experience. An offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, internal equity, and market data. An offer of employment may be outside of the posted range based on those factors.
The Chaplain provides spiritual and emotional support to patients, families and staff in accordance with the vision and mission of Copley Health Systems. They will: Seek to provide sensitive attention to the dignity, culture, beliefs, practices and spiritual needs of all patients, caregivers, and hospital personnel. Participate and is accountable to members of the Operations Team (senior leadership) and offers the perspective of spirituality within the workplace organization, specifically how the organizational initiatives, organizational changes and challenges are understood in a spiritual sense of meaning, purpose, wholeness, and integration. Participate collaboratively in professional patient care team. Comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care.
Education: Master’s Divinity degree or its equivalent from an accredited seminary; successfully completed two units of CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education) in an accredited center.
