About the role

The clinician will engage with children and families during distressing periods, conducting clinical assessments to guide individuals toward wellness. This involves designing treatment plans that target clearly identified goals for children and their families.

The pay for this position is $62,049-$75,079 annually.

$5,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days!

Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (pro-rated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year!

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health or Marriage & Family Therapy
  • Current Vermont License (LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT)
  • Ability to conduct clinical assessments and design treatment plans that target clearly identified treatment goals
  • Knowledge of mental health, substance use, social work and behavioral issues that impact children and their families
  • Healthy communication skills that allow for honest discussions, feedback, and exchanges
  • Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate flexibility when client, program, and/or agency needs require it

Requirements
