The role involves assisting clinicians by providing direct patient care, managing daily schedules, obtaining vital signs, inputting clinical data into the EHR, and performing medication reconciliation. Responsibilities also include preparing exam rooms, maintaining supplies, administering delegated injections, and providing patient education and advocacy.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN or RN) and currently licensed in Massachusetts, holding Basic Life Support Certification. A minimum of two years of clinical experience and proficiency with office technology, including EHR systems, is preferred.
