The CNA will provide direct patient care such as bathing, dressing, and assisting with meals wherever the patient considers home, while also documenting care on a company-provided cellphone and potentially charting within facility EMRs. Responsibilities also include coordinating visits, maintaining supplies, and communicating patient status changes to the RN case manager.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a CNA course, along with current state certification/registration in North or South Carolina. While no prior experience is required, two years in hospice, home health, or oncology is preferred, and candidates must not have had a service lapse of 24 consecutive months.
• After your orientation period - your typical schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of CNA course. Must attend 12 hours of in-service training supervised by a Registered Nurse on a rolling 12-month basis. Competency of the CNA is assessed in the home every 14 days. The CNA does not need to be present unless there is an area of concern. Otherwise, an onsite evaluation occurs once a year. Has not had a lapse of 24 consecutive months where the aide has not provided services for compensation.
Current certification with State Board of Nursing, or current registration with Department of Facilities Service in the State of North Carolina/ South Carolina.

No prior experience required. Two years experience with hospice, home health or oncology preferred.
