The LPN is responsible for providing direct patient care, collecting patient data, and assisting in the planning and implementation of care plans. They also administer prescribed medications and provide health education to patients and groups.
Candidates must hold an LPN license and obtain BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Basic computer literacy is also required for this role.
Provides patient care as directed and is accountable for own actions under provided direction. Provides a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing and delivers care in a manner that preserves and protects patient autonomy, dignity and rights. Performs other duties as assigned.
