The Certified Nursing Assistant provides personal care, emotional support, and assistance with activities of daily living to help seniors remain independent at home, while also maintaining accurate records of client care. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, following comprehensive care plans, preparing meals, and performing necessary housekeeping and laundry duties.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a current CNA certification listed on the Nebraska State Registry, with MA-40 certification preferred. Preferred experience is six months as an aide or caregiver, and the ideal candidate must be able to read, write, and speak English, with the physical ability to lift 50 pounds.
Tabitha Home Health Care and Hospice, LLC - A Collaboration with Immanuel in Omaha, NE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work PRN as needed. This schedule includes a holiday rotation.
The Certified Nursing Assistant enhances the ability of Tabitha’s Seniors/residents/clients to remain at home, living independently for as long as possible by providing personal care, emotional support, assistance with activities of daily living, and basic therapeutic care to Seniors/clients. While doing so, they will contribute to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of Seniors/clients through respectful, professional, competent and personable interaction. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate records of Senior/client care.
