The Physical Therapist is responsible for assisting patients in the restoration of physical function through comprehensive evaluation and subsequent treatment planning and execution. This involves working within a multidisciplinary team to treat a wide range of patient populations and diagnoses, focusing on maximizing functional outcomes.
Required qualifications include obtaining a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy, unless grandfathered under prior licensure requirements, and possessing or being in the process of obtaining a respective state license in Physical Therapy. Candidates must also have a valid state driver's license and demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and computer skills.

The Physical Therapist assists patients in the restoration of physical function through evaluation and treatment.
Previous experience as a Physical Therapist Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to the population served. Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information. Analytical ability to evaluate patients' physical and functional status, establish therapy goals, formulate treatment plans consistent with goals, observe patients and document status, and assist techs and assistants in resolving problems. Excellent computer skills and the ability to process detailed information in an accurate manner.
