The role involves providing patient care in a fast-paced, level III trauma center emergency department, seeing patients of all ages and diagnoses. Nurses will collaborate with top medical professionals, develop clinical expertise, and participate in initiatives like the Interprofessional Practice Council.
Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of RN experience and hold an active Registered Nurse license in Indiana or an NLC license, having graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. An Associate of Nursing (ASN) is required, while a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA.

Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
