The Licensed Practical Nurse will administer methadone or buprenorphine according to regulations, schedule necessary client appointments, and maintain updated medical records for all clients. Responsibilities also include monitoring detoxification clients and initiating appropriate medical responses to symptoms.
Applicants must be a Licensed Practical Nurse licensed in the state of employment and comfortable working independently with the patient population when required. Compliance with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program protocols is mandatory for this role.
