The primary responsibility involves performing EKGs and EEGs on both inpatient and outpatient populations for the Cardiopulmonary department, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting EMU patients. The role also requires accurate documentation, reporting critical EKG results, managing the Muse database, and ensuring adequate stocking of oxygen tanks hospital-wide.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a requirement to complete AHA RQI within 14 days and an EKG interpretation class within two months of starting. Desired attributes include strong organizational and communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to quickly assess and respond to emergencies.

Primary responsibility is performing EKG's on inpatient and outpatients. The Tech performs EKG's throughout the hospital and the Emergency Department (ED). Responsible for performing EEG's on both inpatients and outpatients for the Cardiopulmonary department.
