The Lead Receptionist provides professional and efficient clerical support to the facility, ensuring excellent internal and external customer service delivery. Key duties include managing incoming telephone calls, greeting and directing visitors, handling mail processing, and serving as the Personal Fund Custodian.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent education along with a minimum of one year of secretarial experience. Proficiency in typing, numerical ability for basic bookkeeping, and the capacity to communicate effectively with various stakeholders are essential requirements.
