This position is responsible for the delivery of care to a group of residents in a nursing unit, including assessing resident needs and developing individual care plans. The role also involves administering nursing care and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
Candidates must have a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN in Utah and demonstrate clinical assessment skills. Knowledge of nursing practices, effective communication skills, and a positive attitude towards working with the aging population are also required.
