This is a unique opportunity to work in a “hospital without walls” model, delivering essential behavioral health services directly in the community to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) who need it most.

What You’ll Do Coordinate care with psychiatric providers and multidisciplinary ACTT team Monitor medication adherence and administer IM injections as ordered Manage medication inventory, refills, and supplies Complete AIMS assessments at admission and every 6 months Record vitals and support prescriber visits Provide medication education to clients, families, and team members Deliver care in the community—meeting clients where they are Participate in rotating on-call and crisis response coverage Transport clients to appointments and community resources as needed What You’ll Need Active North Carolina RN license (required) Experience in behavioral health, community health, or substance use preferred Ability to work independently in community-based settings Strong communication and documentation skills Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally Why Join Pyramid Healthcare?
