Our comprehensive, individualized treatment approach supports adolescents and adults struggling with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.

We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist with strong DBT skills training experience to facilitate Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) groups and provide exceptional clinical care. This role will play a key part in delivering structured, skills-based treatment with an emphasis on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30
• PM
• Compensation: $53,000 – $57,000 (dependent on experience, education, and licensure)

• Key responsibilities
• Facilitate Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) group therapy sessions with a strong emphasis on DBT skills training, including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness
• Deliver structured, curriculum-based DBT groups and reinforce skills application in daily functioning
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Integrate DBT principles into individual sessions and crisis interventions as clinically indicated
