Facilitate DBT skills groups within an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure continuity of care and maintain accurate documentation.
Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in a relevant field and complete a clinical-based internship. DBT training is preferred, indicating a focus on specialized therapeutic techniques.

Outpatient Therapist – IOP
Location: High Focus Centers – Center City Philadelphia, PA
High Focus Centers has a longstanding reputation for providing high-quality outpatient treatment across southeastern Pennsylvania through its subsidiary programs: Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. Our individualized treatment plans make us an invaluable resource for adults and adolescents struggling with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
We are currently seeking an Outpatient Therapist to facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups and provide exceptional care to our clients. Compensation: $53,000 – $57,000, dependent on experience, education, and licensure
Master’s Degree in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field, with a clinical-based internship completed.
Experience working in behavioral health, outpatient treatment, or group therapy settings is preferred. Experience with mental health and co-occurring disorders is strongly valued.
