The Speech-Language Pathologist will develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children's speech, language, social communication, and feeding needs, providing direct therapy services in home settings. Responsibilities also include monitoring progress, modifying plans, educating caregivers, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program and hold or be eligible for a current Texas Speech-Language Pathology license. Pediatric experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply, with a genuine passion for helping children being essential.
