The technologist performs duties directly involving a variety of technical procedures, applying ionizing radiation and other forms of energy under the guidance of the Lead CT Technologist or Assistant Director. Competency in CT radiographic practice components is required as determined by leadership.
Candidates must have satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training from an AMA-approved school, or equivalent experience, and must possess CRT, RHF, ARRT, and BLS certifications upon hire, along with IV Certification upon hire.
EDUCATION Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school.
