The Patient Care Technician will deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care, monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment. Key duties also include setting up and maintaining dialysis equipment and recording patient data.
Candidates must possess an accredited High School diploma or GED equivalent and be comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment. Physical ability to work long shifts on their feet and schedule flexibility including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays are mandatory.

As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment Set up and maintain dialysis equipment Record vital signs and patient data Educate patients on treatment and kidney health Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment Physically able to work long shifts on your feet Willing to float between local clinics if needed Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
