The role involves one-on-one patient care, allowing the employee to build relationships while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Ideal candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, promote personal safety for clients, and maintain compliance with agency policies. Qualifications require a current Certified Nurse Assistant license in the state(s) of practice, current BLS certification, a TB test, and a valid Driver's License.
