The role involves performing a variety of technical duties for imaging procedures using angiography equipment, ensuring proper setup, producing high-quality images, and maintaining necessary supplies for physician procedures. Responsibilities also include clerical tasks using HIS, RIS, and PACS, maintaining professional conduct, and providing quality, compassionate patient care.
Candidates must graduate from an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program, requiring an Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), and possess at least one year of hospital radiology experience (two preferred). Required licensure includes ARRT certification (RT(R)), Connecticut State License, and CPR Certification.

Graduation from an A.M.A. approved Radiologic Technology program. AS degree required, BS degree preferred. At least 1 year experience in a hospital radiology department, One-Two years experience in a hospital radiology department preferred. Experience in O.R., Biopsies or other invasive procedures, or CT modality experience desirable.
