We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential clinical support within our healthcare team.

The LPN works closely with providers to support day-to-day clinical operations while serving as a resource and support for nursing staff and Medical Assistants.
Responsibilities include assisting with patient care activities, providing clinical support to healthcare providers, coordinating and monitoring patient care needs, and helping to ensure efficient clinical workflow.
The LPN also provides guidance and supervisory assistance to nursing staff, supports Medical Assistants in their daily responsibilities, and advocates for patients throughout their care experience.
This position plays a key role in maintaining quality standards, promoting positive patient outcomes, and ensuring compassionate, efficient care delivery across the practice.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of LPN experience and a valid LPN license. Proficiency in EPIC EMR, medical terminology, and MS Office is required, along with a strong understanding of health and safety standards.
