Primary duties involve performing general nursing tasks in a busy orthopedic setting, including wound care, administering injections, managing prescriptions, and applying splints or orthotics. The role also requires scheduling diagnostic imaging, preparing patient charts, and handling administrative tasks like filling out return-to-work forms.
Candidates must possess strong organizational, verbal, and writing skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively and work well under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment. An MA license or certification is preferred, and prior orthopedic or clinical experience is beneficial.
