The Caregiver will provide hands-on assistance and supervision to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of a female client with Alzheimer's disease who uses a walker. Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, ADLs such as bathing and dressing, preparing meals, giving medication reminders, and offering companionship.
Candidates must be patient, attentive, and dependable, with experience working with clients with Alzheimer's or dementia being preferred. Essential requirements include the ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines, excellent communication skills, and authorization to work in the U.S.
Tuesday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Overnight Shift)
We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and reliable Caregiver/Companion to support a female client in Elkins Park, PA. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on assistance and supervision to ensure the client’s safety, comfort, and well-being.
The client uses a walker for mobility and has Alzheimer’s disease, requiring consistent supervision as she may wander and cannot be left alone.
Responsibilities: Assist with mobility and walking using a walker
Provide supervision and ensure client safety at all times
Grooming: Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
Provide medication reminders
Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, etc.)
Offer companionship and emotional support
Requirements: Experience working with clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia preferred
Must be patient, attentive, and dependable
Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines
Excellent communication and caregiving skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
