The Psychiatric ARNP will provide compassionate, evidence-based medical and psychiatric care to clients on their recovery journey, which includes conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnostic interviews, and managing medications like Suboxone. Key duties also involve leading treatment planning, providing clinical guidance to staff, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate medical documentation using standard coding.
Candidates must possess an active WA state ARNP/PMHNP license in good standing and current CPR Certification, along with demonstrated experience providing medical services. Preferred qualifications include experience treating adult and older adult populations and three years of experience as a provider in crisis and detox programs.

New hires start between $105,951 and $141,268 based on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market factors. While the full pay range is listed for this position for pay transparency, individual compensation is determined by various factors and may vary within the posted range.
