Salary
$20 - $35 / HOUR
Provide quality treatment services to clients with substance use disorders using evidence-based practices, including counseling and case management. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans and collaborate with community partners to support client rehabilitation.
Candidates must be credentialed as an SUDP or SUDPT in the State of Washington and hold at least an Associate's degree in a behavioral health or human services field. A Bachelor's degree and experience in residential services are preferred.

New hires for this position typically start between (Sudpt) $19.86 and $24.82 or (Sudp) $23.16 and $28.95 hourly ($1,500.00 sign on bonus). Wage depends on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.
